It is believed that the present card was sent to William Tallon (1935-2007) British steward, affectionately known as 'Backstairs Billy'. Tallon was a member of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother's staff at Clarence House.

Camilla Parker Bowles resided at Ray Mill House in Wiltshire from 1995-2003, before moving into Clarence House.
