EWELL TOM: (1909-1994) American actor, remembered for his portrayal of Richard Sherman in The Seven Year Itch (1955) alongside Marilyn Monroe. Vintage signed and inscribed 8 x 10 photograph of Ewell seated in a half-length pose, in costume as Abe North, playing a small piano in a scene from the film Tender Is the Night (1962) based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel of the same title. Signed by Ewell in blue fountain pen ink to the image. Some light, minimal surface and corner creasing, otherwise VG
