MURPHY BRITTANY: (1977-2009) American actress and singer. A scarce signed colour 8 x 10 photograph of Murphy in a head and shoulders pose holding a small dog in her arms and with a single daffodil clasped between her teeth. Signed in bold blue ink to the centre of the image by Murphy, further adding a doodle of a smiling face and love heart in her hand alongside her signature. A printed label neatly affixed to the verso indicates that the signature was obtained in person at a Hot 100 party hosted by Maxim magazine at the Moomba nightclub in West Hollywood on 3rd May 2001. Signed photographs of Murphy are scarce as a result of her death at the young age of 32 in disputed circumstances. EX
