HUTTON JIM: (1934-1979) American actor, remembered for his portrayal of the sleuth Ellery Queen in the American television drama series Ellery Queen (1975-76). A scarce vintage signed 7.5 x 9.5 photograph of Hutton seated in a half-length pose. Signed in black ink with his name alone to a light area at the head of the image. A pencil annotation in the hand of a collector to the verso indicates that the signature was obtained in person on 23rd November 1969. Signed photographs of Hutton are scarce as a result of his untimely death at the age of 45. VG
