A.L.S., Lee de Forest, to the verso of his personal printed oblong 12mo Visiting Card, featuring his printed name ('Lee De Forest, PH.D') to the centre of the recto, and address at the Radio Telephone Co., Wall Street, New York, at the base, n.d., to Madame Mazarin 'to whom I owe the most pleasant hour I have ever spent with my wireless telephone.
