Following a successful purchase at one of our auctions you will receive an invoice via email, usually within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Please note that the invoice will include postage, packing and insurance charges. Details of the various methods of payment we accept will be included in the email and are also detailed below.
A copy of your invoice can also be located within your personal IAA Europe account.
We would like to remind you that we are obliged to pay vendors within 28 days of the sale, and therefore it is essential that all purchasers settle in a timely manner. Late payments may incur an interest charge, and in certain cases may lead to your exclusion from participating in future auctions.
Payment for your invoice can be made in several ways –
Online payments
Payment can be securely made using your debit or credit card by completing the fields above. It would be advantageous for overseas clients to make their card issuer aware of an upcoming transaction otherwise payments can be delayed due to security checks. Please also be advised that payments by credit card are subject to a 3% plus VAT surcharge.
Bank Transfer
Payment of your invoice can be made via direct bank transfer and the funds should be wired to the following account (please note that these may have changed since your last payment)

Overseas buyers making a bank transfer should add 10€ to the total of their invoice to cover the additionally incurred bank charges.
Telephone payments
Please call our offices on +34 951 89 46 00 in order to supply us with your debit or credit card details which we can then securely process on your behalf. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
PayPal
At a client’s request we can generate a PayPal payment request email. Please be advised that settlement by PayPal attracts a 4% plus VAT surcharge.
Shipment
We are more than pleased to send lots that you purchased directly to you following the auction. All autographs are securely packaged and usually dispatched via an international courier tracking service such as Federal Express, DHL or TNT. Whatever the method, the parcel will be sent with a tracking number and a signature will always be required upon delivery.
There are many packages to prepare and send following the auction, however, in most cases, we would estimate that you would receive your lots around 4 - 7 working days following the receipt of your full payment. We will email to advise you that your package is on its way and also provide you with the relevant tracking details.
It is also important that you check the address on your invoice is correct and in full for shipment purchases. Should you require your package to be mailed to a different address we must be immediately informed via email following your receipt of your invoice.
